Pet Policy:
Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Maximum adult weight is 40 pounds per pet. Limit of 2 pets per home. The pet deposit is $350 per pet, and $150 is non-refundable. Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet. Caged birds or fish with a 20‐gallon fish aquarium maximum are welcome. No aggressive breeds allowed. No exotic animals are allowed. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households with qualified service/assistance animals (s).
